Everything was brand-new, the parking was on-site, the room was comfy. The location was prime for me, to the restaurant for his breakfast or coffee. It was also short walk to the downtown core and Markham. All of the stuff members where accommodating and cooperative.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a pleasant stay with clean facilities and a cozy bed. Staff interaction could use a friendlier touch. A nearby restaurant offered great takeout for our relaxing evening. Pro tip, communication is key during check-in, confirm reservations to avoid confusion.

The room was clean, and for what i paid the room included many facilities that were nice to have especially the hair dryer and microwave and mini fridge!
Front desk clerk was not as welcoming, quite rude when i had asked to extend my check out time to 1pm, he gave me this look and then with a straight face replied sure. I immediately felt unwelcomed and bothersome to the hotel. Other than that and perhaps maybe have actual lights in the room? I didnt like the dimness of using only 3 lamps for light seeing how its winter and the sun sets at an earlier time. And also i could hear the man next door snoring....that made it quite hard to sleep until he had stopped. Good thing im a late sleeper and didnt have to get up too early the next day.

I didn't like the fact that the room was not clean and that staff did not follow through on requests.
